2 cups dairy-free milk, frozen in ice-cube trays
1 cup cooked adzuki beans
½ – 1 cup watermelon, cut into bite-sized pieces
½ cup homemade jelly, cut up into small pieces or set in moulds
¼ cup of your favourite nuts, chopped
3 – 4 Tbsp’s organic maple syrup
1 tsp maple or vanilla or almond extract
½ tsp coconut oil for toasting the nuts
Pinch of salt
1-1/2 cups water
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 pkt. CRYSTAL LIGHT PURE On The Go Lemonade Flavor Drink Mix
5 cups seedless watermelon cubes (1 inch)
Blend ingredients in blender until smooth.
Pour through strainer into pitcher. Discard strained solids.
Serve prepared drink over ice.
2 c. cubed watermelon
2 c. whole milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a loaf pan and freeze for 3 hours.
Remove mixture from loaf pan and blend again. Pour back into loaf pan and freeze for another hour. Serve.
3 cup watermelon
2 tablespoon juice of 1 lemon
1 dash salt
4 cubes Ice cubes
1 cup Water
1 teaspoon lemon peel
2 sprigs Mint Leaves
Peel the watermelon and cut it into chunks and remove the seeds, leave 2-4 pieces for garnishing. Blend these watermelon chunks along with lime juice and zest until very smooth.
Add in the cold water and salt; cover and refrigerate the mixture.
Serve over ice and garnish with watermelon wedges and mint sprigs.
2 cups water
1/2 cup lemon juice
12 cups cubed watermelon (about 3-1/2 pounds)
2 cups fresh strawberries or raspberries
2/3 cup sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons minced fresh mint
Small watermelon wedges and fresh mint leaves
Place 1 cup water, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 6 cups watermelon, 1 cup berries, 1/3 cup sugar and 3/4 teaspoon minced mint in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Transfer to a large pitcher. Repeat with remaining water, lemon juice, fruit, sugar and minced mint.
Refrigerate 1 hour or until cold. If desired, press through a fine-mesh strainer. Serve with watermelon wedges and mint leaves.
12 cups cubed seedless watermelon, frozen, divided
3/4 teaspoon grated lime zest, divided
6 cups chilled ginger ale, divided
Place 4 cups frozen watermelon, 1/4 teaspoon lime zest and 2 cups ginger ale in a blender; cover and process until slushy. Serve immediately. Repeat twice.
4 cups watermelon cubed
3 lemons juiced
3 cups cold water
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup water or to taste
To make simple syrup, combine sugar and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Cool completely.
Blend watermelon until smooth. Strain through a mesh strainer. Discard pulp.
Fill a 2 quart container 1/2 way with ice. Add watermelon juice, lemon juice and simple syrup to taste.
Top with cold water and serve immediately.
