Thanksgiving Stuffed Shells

Ingredients

  • 24 uncooked jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cubed cooked turkey
  • 1 cup cooked stuffing
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder, optional
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup turkey gravy, warmed

Cheesy Spinach-Stuffed Shells

Ingredients

  • 1 package (12 ounces) jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 carton (15 ounces) part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh basil or 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can (4-1/4 ounces) chopped ripe olives
  • 1-1/2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend, divided
  • 1-1/2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 jar (24 ounces) marinara sauce
  • Additional minced fresh basil, optional

Cheesy Stuffed Shells Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 jar (24 oz.) OLIVO by CLASSICO Traditional Pasta Sauce
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1 container (16 oz.) BREAKSTONE’S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
  • 20 jumbo pasta shells, cooked

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix pasta sauce and tomatoes until blended; spread half onto bottom of 13×9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Combine cottage cheese, spinach, Parmesan, seasoning and 1/2 cup mozzarella; spoon into pasta shells. Place in prepared baking dish; top with remaining pasta sauce mixture. Cover.
  4. Bake 25 min. or until heated through. Top with remaining mozzarella; bake, uncovered, 2 min. or until melted.
