Shake N Bake Boneless Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups plain bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp . canola oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp . seasoning salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp . paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp . onion powder
  • 1 tsp . sugar
  • 1/2 tsp . garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp . oregano
  • 1/2 tsp . parsley
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 4 1-inch thick boneless pork chops

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Combine bread crumbs, seasonings and oil in a bowl. Using a fork, mash to combine so that bread crumbs are uniformly combined with the oil.
  3. Place the Shake N Bake in a plastic Ziploc bag.
  4. One at a time, place your chops in the bag and shake to coat in the mixture.
  5. Place on a baking sheet lined with a Silpator tin foil (if desired) and bake for approximately 20 minutes, until cooked through.

Strawberry Coconut Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 5.3 ounces Chobani Coconut Greek Yogurt (12g protein)
  • 10 medium sized Frozen Strawberries
  • ½ cup Nonfat Milk (4g protein)
  • 2 tablespoons EAS Vanilla Whey Protein Powder (7g protein)
  • Coconut Flakes for topping
  • {Optional} 2 teaspoons sugar

Directions

  1. Add Frozen Strawberries, Milk, and Yogurt to your Blender, and blend thoroughly.
  2. Add Protein Powder and optional Sugar to blender, and blend until smooth.
  3. Top with Coconut Flakes. Enjoy!

Drunken Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients

FOR THE REESE’S-INFUSED VODKA
  • 1 c. vodka
  • 1/2 c. Reese’s pieces
FOR THE COCKTAIL
  • Ice
  • 3 oz. Reese’s-infused vodka
  • 3 oz. milk
  • 2 oz. Chocolate Liqueur
  • 1/4 c. peanut butter, for rimming glass
  • 1/2 c. crushed Reese’s Pieces, for rimming glass
  • 2 Reese’s peanut butter cups, for garnish
  • 2 tbsp. chocolate syrup

Directions

  1. In a mason jar, combine vodka and Reese’s pieces. Cover with tight-fitting lid and shake. Refrigerate overnight, then strain.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice then pour over strained vodka, milk, and chocolate liqueur. Shake until chilled.
  3. Put peanut butter on one small plate and crushed Reese’s Pieces on another. Dunk tops of two cocktail glasses in peanut butter then roll in crushed Reese’s Pieces.
  4. Drizzle about a tablespoon of chocolate syrup into each glass. Divide cocktail mixture between glasses and garnish each with a peanut butter cup.

Sherry Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 3 orange slices
  • 1 tablespoon superfine sugar
  • 3½ ounces oloroso or amontillado sherry
  • Blueberries and fresh mint, for garnish

Directions

  1. Add orange and sugar to a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add sherry and ice. Shake vigorously until well-chilled, 30-60 seconds. Strain into a Collins glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with blueberries and mint.

New York Sour Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 ozRye whiskey or bourbon
  • 1 ozLemon juice
  • 3⁄4 oz Simple syrup
  • 1⁄2 oz Red wine

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients except the wine to a shaker and fill with ice.
  2. Shake, and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  3. Slowly pour the wine over the back of a spoon so that it floats on top of the drink.

Baileys Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chocolate ice cream softened
  • 4 tbs chocolate sauce to taste
  • 2 cups milk
  • 80 ml Baileys Irish cream
  • 1 can whipped cream to serve
  • 1 handful mini marshmallows to serve
  • 1 sprinkle dark chocolate grated to serve
  • 2 mini wafer cones to serve
  • 2 tbs Baileys Irish cream to decorate

Directions

  1. Drizzle chocolate sauce down the sides of two 375ml tall glasses.
  2. Combine the ice cream, milk and Baileys in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into the glasses.
  3. Top with the cream, a drizzle of Baileys, mini marshmallows and grated chocolate. Serve immediately with mini wafer cones, if you like.

Tips: Use mini wafer cones dipped in melted dark chocolate.
