Avocado Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 large Ripe Avocado (or two ripe smaller avocados)
  • 1 cup Ice
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ⅓ cup Sweetened Condensed Milk

Directions

  1. Cut the avocado in half, throw away the pit, and scoop the avocado “meat” into a blender.
  2. Add in all of the other ingredients and blend until smooth. {Taste once blended. Add a little more condensed milk if not sweet enough or more milk or avocado if it is too sweet}
  3. Enjoy!

Strawberry Coconut Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 5.3 ounces Chobani Coconut Greek Yogurt (12g protein)
  • 10 medium sized Frozen Strawberries
  • ½ cup Nonfat Milk (4g protein)
  • 2 tablespoons EAS Vanilla Whey Protein Powder (7g protein)
  • Coconut Flakes for topping
  • {Optional} 2 teaspoons sugar

Directions

  1. Add Frozen Strawberries, Milk, and Yogurt to your Blender, and blend thoroughly.
  2. Add Protein Powder and optional Sugar to blender, and blend until smooth.
  3. Top with Coconut Flakes. Enjoy!

Easy Nutella Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Vanilla Ice Cream
  • ½ cup Whole Milk
  • 4 tbsp Nutella

Directions

  1. Add the Milk, Nutella, and 1 cup of Vanilla Ice Cream to Blender, and blend well.
  2. Add 1 more cup of Vanilla Ice Cream to blender, and blend until smooth.
  3. Optional: Top with Whipped Cream, and chocolate shavings or sprinkles.

Strawberry Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Strawberry Ice Cream
  • 1 cup Frozen Strawberries
  • ¾ cup Whole Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar

Directions

  1. Add Frozen Strawberries, Whole Milk and Sugar to your Blender and blend thoroughly.
  2. Next, add 1 cup Strawberry Ice Cream to blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Finally, add final cup of Strawberry Ice Cream to blender and blend again until smooth.
  4. Take breaks from blending and stir mixture with a spoon as necessary.
  5. Top with Whipped Cream and some fun Sprinkles… Yum!

Strawberry-Banana Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 3-1/2 cups milk
  • 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding, or any flavor
  • 1 medium ripe banana, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup strawberries

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender container; cover. Blend 1 minute or until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.

Coconut Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Ice cubes as required
  • 1 cup tender coconut
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions

  1. To prepare this shake recipe, firstly, add coconut water, tender coconut, sugar and milk in a blender jar. Blend well until smooth and no lumps remain.
  2. Once done, add on the ice cubes in the blender jar and blend it again on high speed. Pour this in a glass and serve immediately to enjoy!
