Skinny Peach Frozen Margarita

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces frozen peaches
  • ½ cup Exotico Resposado Tequila
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/2 cup Mountain Vally Peach Sparkling Water
  • 1 tablespoon light agave nectar
  • 2 cups crushed ice
  • Salt lime wedges, and peach slices for garnish

Directions

  1. Add the peaches, tequila, lime juice, sparkling water, agave nectar, and ice to a high powered blender.
  2. Blend on high (or use the smoothie setting) until fully combined and smooth. If too thick, add more sparkling water. If too thin, add more ice.
  3. Serve in cups rimmed with salt (SEE NOTE) and garnish with lime and peach slices.
    Enjoy!

Mango Margaritas

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup tequila good quality
  • 1 ounce triple sec
  • 2/3 cup mango nectar
  • 3/4 cup frozen mangos
  • 2 ounces sweet and sour mix
  • Ice cubes
  • Margarita Salt to rim glasses
  • Lime wedges and slices

Directions

  1. Slice a lime into wedges and rub one wedge on the rim of the glass. Dip the glass upside down in the salt to rim the glass.
  2. Put lime juice, tequila, triple sec, mango nectar, and frozen mango, sweet and sour mix and ice into a blender, and blend until smooth.
  3. Fill with the frozen mango margarita. Garnish with a lime and enjoy.

White Christmas Margaritas

Ingredients

  • 1 (14-oz.) can coconut milk
  • 12 oz. silver tequila
  • 8 oz. triple sec
  • 1/2 c. lime juice
  • 2 c. ice
  • 1/2 c. Mint, for garnish
  • 1 lime, sliced into rounds for garnish
  • Lime wedge, for rimming glass
  • Sanding sugar, for rimming glass
  • Cranberries, for garnish

Directions

  1. Combine coconut milk, tequila, triple sec, lime juice and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Rim glasses with lime wedge and dip in sanding sugar. Pour into glass and garnish with lime and cranberries. Serve.

Mimosa Margaritas

Ingredients

  • 2 c. orange juice
  • 1/2 c. tequila
  • 1/4 c. lime juice
  • Lime wedge, for rimming glasses
  • Coarse salt, for rimming glasses
  • 1 bottle champagne or prosecco
  • Orange and lime slices for serving

Directions

  1. In a pitcher, combine orange juice, tequila, and lime juice and stir to combine.
  2. Rim glass rims with lime and dip in salt. Pour in orange juice mixture and top off with champagne.
  3. Add sliced oranges and limes to glasses and serve.

Strawberry-Banana Margarita

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
  • 4 1/2 ounces (1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon) tequila
  • 1 1/2 ounces (3 tablespoons) triple sec
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime or lemon juice
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Directions

  1. Place strawberries and banana slices on a plate and freeze at least 1 hour. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth but still very thick. Pour into chilled margarita or other stemmed glasses.

Directions

  1. Special equipment: 6-ounce clear, zippered, stand-up plastic drink pouches with straws
  2. For all the drink pouches except the maroon red wine: Stir together all of the drink ingredients for the color of your choice in a large pitcher or liquid measuring cup. Divide the mixture between six 6-ounce clear, zippered, stand-up plastic drink pouches with straws. Refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours. You can make the pouches up to 3 days in advance and refrigerate or freeze. (If freezing, let the pouches thaw in the refrigerator overnight.)
  3. For the maroon red wine: Fill six 6-ounce clear, zippered, stand-up plastic drink pouches with straws with wine (save or drink the leftover wine). Refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours. You can make the pouches up to 3 days in advance and refrigerate (do not freeze).
