2 cups water
1/2 cup lemon juice
12 cups cubed watermelon (about 3-1/2 pounds)
2 cups fresh strawberries or raspberries
2/3 cup sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons minced fresh mint
Small watermelon wedges and fresh mint leaves
Place 1 cup water, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 6 cups watermelon, 1 cup berries, 1/3 cup sugar and 3/4 teaspoon minced mint in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Transfer to a large pitcher. Repeat with remaining water, lemon juice, fruit, sugar and minced mint.
Refrigerate 1 hour or until cold. If desired, press through a fine-mesh strainer. Serve with watermelon wedges and mint leaves.
12 cups cubed seedless watermelon, frozen, divided
3/4 teaspoon grated lime zest, divided
6 cups chilled ginger ale, divided
Place 4 cups frozen watermelon, 1/4 teaspoon lime zest and 2 cups ginger ale in a blender; cover and process until slushy. Serve immediately. Repeat twice.
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup lemon juice
4 cups cold white grape juice
1 liter club soda, chilled
1 medium orange, halved and sliced
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 cup sliced fresh peaches
Ice cubes, optional
In a punch bowl or pitcher, mix sugar and lemon juice until sugar is dissolved. Stir in grape juice.
To serve, stir in club soda and fruit. If desired, serve with ice.
1 cup pomegranate juice ( ½ of a 16 ounce bottle), chilled
½ cup chopped fresh pineapple
2 cups ice cubes
1 cup diet lemon-lime carbonated beverage, chilled
In a blender, combine pomegranate juice and pineapple; cover and blend until smooth. Gradually add ice cubes, blending until slushy.
Transfer to a pitcher. Slowly pour in the carbonated beverage. Serve immediately.

2 cups cold water
2 cups cold orange juice
1 bottle (1 L) diet carbonated lemon-lime beverage, chilled
Mix all ingredients in plastic or glass pitcher.
Serve immediately over ice.
1 honeydew melon (about 4 pounds), peeled and chopped
1 English cucumber, 1/2 chopped and 1/2 thinly sliced
1 cup fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup fresh lime juice (from about 8 limes), plus 1 lime, thinly sliced, for serving
Splash of gin (optional)
Puree the melon, chopped cucumber, and mint in a blender until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher.
Add the lime juice and sliced cucumber. Chill for 30 minutes or up to 12 hours. Stir well before serving. Serve over ice, garnished with lime slices. Add a splash of gin, if desired.
3 cups ginger ale
1/2 cup peach nectar
2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
In a pitcher, combine the ginger ale, nectar, peaches, and ginger.
Serve over ice.
