Sparkling Punch

Ingredients

  • 3 cups water
  • 1 can (6 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 3/4 cup thawed lemonade concentrate
  • 2 cups cranberry juice cocktail
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1-1/2 liters lemon-lime soda, chilled

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients; mix until sugar is dissolved. Chill for 1-2 hours. Just before serving, stir in soda.

Beacon Mule (Bourbon Ginger Beer Cocktail)

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces whiskey or bourbon (we used Heritage Distilling)
  • ¾ ounce freshly squeezed lime juice (approx ½ a large lime)
  • 4-6 ounces ginger beer, chilled
  • Garnish: lime twist or wedge

Directions

  1. Add whiskey and lime juice to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake until well chilled, about 15 seconds. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Top with ginger beer and garnish with lime twist or wedge.

Abracadaver Cocktail

Ingredients

  • ¾ ounce Stonecutter Single Barrel Gin
  • ¾ ounce Cocchi Americano
  • ¾ ounce Tuaca
  • ¾ ounce lemon juice
  • ½ ounce simple syrup
  • 6 ice cubes
  • Alice & the Magician Chocolate Birthday Cake Aromatic Mist (Optional)

Directions

  1. Combine gin, Cocchi, Tuaca, lemon juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add ice. Shake until cold. Strain into a coupe glass. Spritz the top with chocolate birthday cake aromatic mist, if using.

Chief Lapu-Lapu

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup fresh orange juice (from 1 or 2 oranges)
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (from 1 or 2 lemons)
  • 3 tablespoons (1 1/2 oz.) dark rum
  • 3 tablespoons (1 1/2 oz.) light rum
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons (3/4 oz.) grenadine
  • 1 fresh pineapple, trimmed and hollowed out

Directions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice; add orange juice, lemon juice, dark rum, light rum, simple syrup, and grenadine. Cover with lid, and shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled, about 15 seconds. Strain into hollowed-out pineapple, and serve with a straw.

Nui Nui

Ingredients

CINNAMON AND VANILLA SIMPLE SYRUPS

  • 2 (3-in.) cinnamon sticks
  • 2 cups granulated sugar, divided
  • 2 cups water, divided
  • 1/2 vanilla bean, split lengthwise

COCKTAIL

  • 3 tablespoons (1 1/2 oz.) gold rum
  • 1 tablespoon (1/2 oz.) demerara rum
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (from 1 lime)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice (from 1 orange)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons (1/4 oz.) allspice dram or Tuaca spiced liqueur
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon Simple Syrup
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Simple Syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters Cinnamon stick
  • Lemon peel strip
  • Orange peel strip

Orange Razzletini

Ingredients

  • Ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 ounces raspberry-flavored rum
  • 1/2 ounce Triple Sec
  • Orange peel strips and fresh raspberries, optional

Directions

  1. Fill a mixing glass or tumbler three-fourths full with ice. Add the orange juice, rum and Triple Sec; stir until condensation forms on outside of glass.
  2. Strain into two chilled cocktail glasses. Garnish with orange zest strips and raspberries if desired. Serve immediately.
