Easy Strawberry Lime Slush

Ingredients

  • 12 medium Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 cup Sprite
  • 2 Tbsp fresh squeezed Lime Juice (about 2 limes)
  • 3 Tbsp white Sugar
  • 3 large Ice Cubes

Directions

  1. Add Strawberries, Sprite, Lime Juice and Sugar to your blender and blend thoroughly.
  2. Add Ice Cubes and continue blending until desired consistency.
  3. Transfer to some fun glasses and get ready to be refreshed!

Avocado Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 large Ripe Avocado (or two ripe smaller avocados)
  • 1 cup Ice
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ⅓ cup Sweetened Condensed Milk

Directions

  1. Cut the avocado in half, throw away the pit, and scoop the avocado “meat” into a blender.
  2. Add in all of the other ingredients and blend until smooth. {Taste once blended. Add a little more condensed milk if not sweet enough or more milk or avocado if it is too sweet}
  3. Enjoy!

Rum Runner

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons (1 ounce) fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons (1 ounce) fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons (1 ounce) unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons (1 ounce) banana liqueur 2 tablespoons
  • (1 ounce) light rum
  • 2 tablespoons (1 ounce) dark rum
  • 1 tablespoon (1/2 ounce) Chambord
  • 1 tablespoon (1/2 ounce) Grenadine
  • Garnish: fruit skewer (pineapple, banana, orange, lime)

Directions

  1. Pour all ingredients into an ice-filled cocktail shaker, and shake vigorously. Strain into an ice-filled hurricane glass. Garnish, if desired.

Minty Tea Punch

Ingredients

  • 8 cups water, divided
  • 12 mint sprigs
  • 4 individual tea bags
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Ice cubes
  • Orange and lemon slices, optional

Directions

  1. In a large saucepan, bring 3 cups water to a boil. Remove from heat; add mint and tea bags. Steep, covered, 3-5 minutes according to taste.
  2. Discard mint and tea bags.
  3. Stir in orange and lemon juices, sugar and remaining water. Transfer to a pitcher; refrigerate until chilled. Serve over ice; add orange and lemon slices if desired.

Strawberry Party Punch

Ingredients

  • 6 cups fresh or frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed
  • 3/4 cup thawed limeade concentrate
  • 1 can (6 ounces) unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 4 cups chilled lemon-lime soda
  • Ice cubes, optional

Directions

  1. Place strawberries in a food processor; cover and process until smooth. Stir in limeade concentrate and pineapple juice. Chill until serving.
  2. Transfer to a punch bowl. Just before serving, stir in soda. Serve over ice if desired.

Hot Spiced Lemon Drink

Ingredients

  • 2-1/2 quarts water
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1-1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cinnamon stick (3 inches)
  • 1/2 teaspoon whole cloves

Directions

  1. In a 5-qt. slow cooker, combine the water, sugar and juices. Place cinnamon stick and cloves on a double thickness of cheesecloth; bring up corners of cloth and tie with kitchen string to form a bag. Place in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or until heated through. Discard spice bag.
