Blueberry Cheesecake Ice Cream III


Blueberry Sauce:
  • 1 1/4 C blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 1 Tb cornstarch
  • 1/2 C water
  • 1 Tb lemon juice (bottled is fine)
Graham Cracker Crust:
  • 1 prepared graham cracker crust
  • Cheesecake Ice Cream:
  • 1 1/2 C sugar
  • 2 C milk
  • 4 C heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant cheesecake pudding mix
