Pumpkin Pie Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 5 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 (30 ounce) can pumpkin pie filling (such as Libby’s®)
  • 3 cups white sugar, or more to taste
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 large eggs
