Nutella Filled Cinnamon Doughnut Holes


For the Dough
  • 60ml Vegetable Oil
  • 60g Golden Caster Sugar
  • 40g Light Muscovado Sugar
  • 1 Egg (Large)
  • 3/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • ¼ tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
  • ¼ tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1tsp Vanilla Extract (We like Nielsen Massey)
  • 170g Plain White Flour
  • 120ml Whole Milk
For the Sugar Coating
  • 60g Butter (Unsalted)
  • 120g Granulated Sugar
  • ½tsp Cinnamon
For the Filling
  • 100g Nutella
